The objective of the paper is to develop and propose a unique and innovative system or device in existing supply chain which can be used by the labourers to reduce the time of loading and increase their personal income, yielding a better brand image and customer satisfaction for the corporation. The proposed system being efficient, contributes a unique and practical way of overcoming a socio-economic problem being faced in the supply chain at PPMC, Panipat.
