ON THE TRAJECTORY OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION FROM THE STANDPOINT OF THEORETICAL ECONOMY

Abstract

Цель статьи - обосновать объективную необходимость смены курса российской макроэкономической политики, перехода к модели жесткой мобилизационной экономики. В работе дана оценка траектории социально-экономического развития РФ с позиции теоретической экономики. Охарактеризована концепция теоретической экономии как нового парадигмального мейнстрима в социально-экономических исследованиях. Научная новизна исследования заключается в полиметодологическом подходе к анализу траектории социально-экономического развития РФ. Установлено, что в условиях специальной военной операции, небывалой угрозы России со стороны недружественных стран Запада объективной необходимостью становится исправление траектории социально-экономической динамики. Требуется немедленное внедрение жесткой мобилизационной экономики, централизованного государственного планирования, возобновления госзаказа в соответствии с государственным планом РФ и национализации предприятий в случае невыполнения плана. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the objective need to change the course of Russian macroeconomic policy, the transition to a model of a tough mobilization economy. The paper gives an assessment of the trajectory of the socio-economic development of the Russian Federation from the standpoint of theoretical economics. The concept of theoretical economy as a new paradigm mainstream in socio-economic research is characterized. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the polymethodological approach to the analysis of the trajectory of the socio-economic development of the Russian Federation. It has been established that in the conditions of a special military operation, an unprecedented threat to Russia from unfriendly Western countries, it becomes an objective necessity to correct the trajectory of socio-economic dynamics. The immediate introduction of a tough mobilization economy, centralized state planning, the resumption of state orders in accordance with the state plan of the Russian Federation, and the nationalization of enterprises in case of failure to fulfill the plan is required.
