In Al-Bandar site. To study effect four levels of water salinity (1, 3, 6, 9 ds m-1) their characters (S1, S2, S3, S4) respectively , and four treatments of bacteria inoculation (control, Azospirillum b. , Bacillus S., mixture of Azospirillum*Bacillus) their characters ( C, A, B, A*B) respectively. To study their effect on growth and yield of wheat and concentration of nitration elements, sodium and Proline. the experiment was applied with design of Strip split block , the levels of water salinity arranged in main plot and inoculation treatments arranged in sub plot. the results showed there is high significant differences in almost characters under study, the treat of inoculation was superiority in content plant of nitrogen, phosphors and potassium, and get highest mean in grain yield with treat inoculation AB its reached 3.52 and 3.82 ton h-1. The treat with salinity water S3 was superiority in no. of seed in spike reached 32 and 34.42 seed spike-1 in both season respectively. Where in total yield in S3 was reached 3.79 and 3.85 ton h-1 both season respectively.
