Abstract

This paper presents the study of a current control strategy using the decentralized principle for a parallel multiphase converter. Each cell of the converter synchronizes and regulates its own current simply and only by using information from neighboring cells. The first part will present this principle applied to obtain the interleaving of the control signals by using a local carrier phase-shift correction then in the second part this principle will be used for the balancing of the currents in the parallel association of the converter cells.
