Abstract

The effects of working conditions on employees have been examined for a long time in numerous studies on work-life, and these conditions are still necessary today due to intensive and long-term work. For a sample of 196 employees of a food retailing business in Ankara, this study examines the effect of working conditions on employee turnover intention and the mediating effect of employee burnout in this relation,.
