The combined structure design is adopted to optimize the assembly mode between modules, which can be lifted in a short distance by manpower, greatly improving the accessibility of the operation area; The traditional fixed axle drive mode is replaced by the differential drive mode to im-prove the adaptability of the rail car to the subway line; The static strength of the main structure is calculated and analyzed by using the finite element software. Without reducing the structural strength, the weight of the whole and single module is reduced, and the disassembly process is simplified. Through the lightweight design and research of the track trolley, a set of combined track electric trolley loading platform suitable for metro maintenance and inspection is formed.
