The results show that the embeddedness combined ambidexterity between rural and urban social networks is beneficial to the improvement of entrepreneurial performance of returning migrant workers, and the dual entrepreneurial resources combined ambidexterity of knowledge resources and operation resources play an intermediary role between dual social networks embeddedness combined ambidexterity and entrepreneurial performance. The resource integration ability of migrant workers has a positive moderating effect on the intermediary effect. Abstract

Abstract As an important part of rural members, the success of returning migrant workers’ entrepreneurial activities is not only related to the realization of rural comprehensive revitalization strategy, but also related to the stability of national society. 双社会网络嵌入结合双元性对返乡农民工创业绩效的影响机制研究

返乡农民工作为农村成员的重要组成部分，其创业活动的成功与否不仅关系到乡村全面振兴战略的实现，也关系到国家社会的稳定。本文以962名返乡创业农民工的调查数据为基础，结合社会网络理论和资源基础理论，基于知识资源和运营资源的双重组合双元性，探讨了城乡社会网络嵌入性组合双元性对返乡创业绩效的影响机制。结果表明:城乡社会网络的嵌入性结合双元性有利于返乡农民工创业绩效的提升，知识资源和运营资源的双元性结合双元性创业资源在双元社会网络嵌入性结合双元性与创业绩效之间起中介作用。农民工资源整合能力对中介效应有正向调节作用。研究结果可为国家和政府制定提高返乡农民工创业绩效的政策和措施提供参考。
