The study applied Structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the hypothesis through Smart-PLS (v.3.3.9). The study found training and development have a significant positive relationship with employee performance. The study examined the relationship between training and development and public service delivery and found the relationship between training and development and public service delivery is mediated by employee performance. Abstract

The study examined the relationship between training and development and employee performance and public service delivery.
