Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of Strength based group counseling to increase academic hardiness of students. 以力量为基础的团体辅导:脑膜喀坎学术抗逆性研究
本研究的目的是确定基于力量的团体辅导对提高学生学业适应力的有效性。研究方法是采用一组前测和后测设计的实验方法,以7名学业抗寒性较低的sman5 Kota三宝垄学生为研究对象。数据采集采用学术抗寒性量表。本研究结果显示,在接受力量小组辅导前,学生的学业适应力平均为32,71 (SD = 1.380),而在接受力量小组辅导后,学生的学业适应力平均为51,29 (SD =1.799)。配对样本t检验结果显示,以力量为基础的团体辅导能有效提高高中生的学业抗逆性(t =-19,598 p < 0.01)。本研究证实了以力量为基础的团体咨询可以提高学生的学业抗逆性,并主张以力量为基础的团体咨询在利用力量为基础的团体咨询促进积极行为发展的过程中,对辅导员的角色和专业性的优化具有启示意义。
