The structure is simple, compact and easy to manufacture by using wash cotton substrate. The proposed antenna is design by using a slot of length $\\lambda$/2 open stub on ground plan and exiting patch of 6mm x 23mm with a probe feeding of 0.3mm radius of SMA connector between ground and exiting patch. The antenna is suitable for medical application as well as for S band application. The wearable antenna is designed to achieve a bandwidth of 63.36%. for VSWR $\\lt 2$, the directivity and return loss for proposed antenna is 5dBi to 7.1dBi and -19.5dB.The proposed antenna is investigated for S band application.
