Abstract

睡眠剥夺对成年男性某些肝酶的影响
本研究分为两组,每组有(20)名不吸烟的健康男性,第一组睡眠充足(7小时以上/天),第二组睡眠不足(7小时以下/天)。结果显示,与第一组相比,第二组患者体重指数(BMI)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)活性和血清总胆红素(TSB)浓度分别在概率水平上显著升高(P≤0.049、P≤0.047、P≤0.032、P≤0.035),且各指标之间呈正相关关系;随着第二组各参数的增大而相互作用的原因相同。
