This paper, introduces the effects of electromagnetic energy emitted cellular base stations on the biological systems of the human body. The induced electromagnetic fields (EMF), and specific absorption rate (SAR) were calculated in close proximity to cellular mobile base stations. The calculated values of SAR were compared with the most commonly used international limits.
