The study was carried out by asking 20 questions in the survey to people of different gender, position (service recipient or worker), income level, age and education level. The data obtained were analyzed by applying Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), normality test, descriptive statistics, independent groups t-test one-way ANOVA, Kruskal Wallis-H Test were carried out, respectively. Abstract
