[Bell's palsy].

Abstract

This normally fit and healthy woman was 55 years old when she presented with sudden onset of weakness of the left side of her face. As she said, ‘When I smile, it all goes crooked’. She had also noticed that her left eye was watering and that she could not completely close it.
