PRP was injected distal to the right Achilles tendons and MPA to the distal of the left Achilles tendons. A 0,9% saline solution was also injected into the proximal parts of all achilles tendons. Rabbits were euthanized 3, 6, and 8 weeks after the therapeutic injections. The degree of histopathological degeneration of the tendons was made according to the Modified Movin scoring. Results: Statistically significant differences were detected between the tre - atment groups and the 0.9% saline injected group (p<0.05). In the histopat - hological evaluations performed at the end of the 6th week no statistically significant difference was detected between the treatment groups (p>0.05) without tenocyte nuclei (p<0.05). At the end of the 8 weeks vascularization and tenocyte nuclei (p<0.05) parameters was observed better in the Achilles tendons of the rabbits undergoing PRP injection compared to rabbits with MPA application. 目的:观察富血小板血浆(PRP)和醋酸甲基强的松龙(MPA)注射对胶原酶(colagena - se Type I)诱导的兔跟腱病变的组织病理学疗效。材料与方法:23只兔左右跟腱近端和远端静脉注射I型胶原酶形成跟腱病变。右跟腱远端注射PRP,左跟腱远端注射MPA。在所有跟腱的近端也注射0.9%的生理盐水。兔在治疗性注射后3、6、8周被安乐死。根据改良Movin评分法测定肌腱组织病理变性程度。结果:治疗组与注射0.9%生理盐水组比较,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。8周结束时,PRP注射组跟腱血管形成和肌腱细胞核参数优于MPA注射组(p<0.05)。结论:综上所述,我们认为与MPA注射相比,PRP注射在肌腱病变的治疗中更早提供改善
