Therefore, effort of electricity saving in the PSL sector is needed urgently. In order to support this effort, in this study a technical and economic analysis are carried out to evaluate the feasibility of the PSL retrofit project on Jalan Raya Gatot Subroto Denpasar which replace 250 W Mercury Lights into 93 W LED Lights. At the end of the study, it is found that, this retrofit project is technically feasible because it is able to produce 13 Lux average illumination (greater than SNI requirement 11 Lux) and 157.65 MWh/year of electrical energy savings and economically feasible because it meet the investment feasibility technique criterias of Net Present Value (NPV), Profitability Index (PI) and Discounted Payback Period (DPP). Abstract: The Internet has a positive impact and important role in everyday life, not only for the community but also for the world of SMEs and Koperasi. Koperasi require innovation and mastery of information technology if they want to survive and compete in today's digital era, one of them by implementing internet banking application. The purpose of this research is to develop Web-Based Internet Banking Application Banking for koperasi simpan pinjam that can be accessed through the Internet network with the cost of IT infrastructure more affordable. This application utilizes the web hosting services available to replicate the cooperative database. The method used is System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) through waterfall approach, which includes: (1) system engineering, (2) analysis, (3) design, (4) coding, (5) testing, and (6) maintenance. Existing facilities in Internet Banking application for koperasi simpan pinjam include loan mutation reports, voluntary savings mutation, principal savings, time deposit, and loan simulation with various types of loan interest. Based on the testing of applications conducted with Black Box Testing Method, all functional applications have been running well and is now successfully implemented and operated. Abstract: Lightning has different characteristics in various countrie. given the damage caused by lightning strikes. Given the damage arising from lightning strikes, an attempt is made to protect against the effects of lightning strikes. In electricity, this is called the lightning protection field. The aim of this research is to make a simulation of protection system at TV transmitter station based on the PUIPP and SNI 03-7015-2004 standards. The protection system of lightning disturbances at the TV transmitter station uses descriptive data collection techniques to the tower of transmitter TV station that has 50 metres hight, 30 metres length, and 20 metres width. This data is examined with existing literature. By comparing the level of lightning protection with its efficiency, the best index and protection needs are obtained, namely protection level III and index of 13. Abstrak: Kerajinan merupakan salah satu bagian dari 14 lini industri kreatif yang cukup potensial mendorong kemajuan perekonomian Indonesia. Potensialnya, lini industri kerajinan menghasilkan data kerajinan berjumlah banyak dan berukuran besar sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis data mining dengan teknik pengelompokan data ( clustering ). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode k-medoid untuk mengelompokkan data kerajinan. Untuk menghasilkan hasil pengelompokan data atau clustering yang maksimal, perlu penentuan jumlah cluster yang tepat. Berbagai metode yang dapat digunakan untuk penentuan jumlah cluster yang tepat, yaitu metode elbow , koefisien silhouette , gap statistics , dan lainnya. Penelitian ini membandingkan metode elbow dan koefisien silhouette untuk menentukan jumlah cluster yang tepat sehingga menghasilkan kualitas cluster yang optimal. Metode yang digunakan untuk menguji hasil cluster adalah metode Davies Bouldin Index (DBI). Hasil pengujian clustering dengan metode elbow menggunakan nilai DBI menghasilkan nilai DBI sebesar 1,10. Potentially, the craft industry line produces large number of craft data so that data mining analysis needs to be done with data clustering techniques. This study used the k-medoid method to classify craft data. To produce maximum data grouping or clustering results, it is necessary to determine the right number of clusters. Various methods can be used to determine the right number of clusters, namely the elbow method, silhouette coefficients, gap statistics, etc. This study compared the elbow method and the silhouette coefficient to determine the right number of clusters to produce optimal cluster quality. The method that used to validate cluster result is Davies Bouldin Index (DBI). Cluster test resulted using elbow method produces DBI value of 1.10. Meanwhile cluster test resulted using silhouette coefficient produces DBI value of 1.06. This shows that k-medoid clustering resulted using silhouette coefficient produces better cluster quality because it has DBI value lower than k-medoid clustering using elbow method. The novelty presented in this research is analysis of craft data in Bali using k-medoid method, silhouette coefficient and elbow method. There are no studies that using comparison between silhouette coefficient and elbow method to determine the best number cluster to maximized k-medoid clustering using R programming. Abstract: Solar energy is a renewable energy that is not limited to availability, environmentally friendly and in Indonesia is very abundant. Solar radiation in Indonesia averages 4.8 kWh per square meter /day but the installed capacity at present is 16.02 MW and the government is targeting to be 6.4 GW by 2025. One of the obstacles in applying solar power plant is the low efficiency of solar panels itself and constraints in storage so that it can be used at night. The radiant of solar energy is not entirely converted into energy where there is also thermal energy because the effectiveness of solar panel working is 25 degree Celcius. Hence, there are a desire to utilize the more heat generated by cooling the solar panel by spraying water on the bottom surface of the solar panel. The indoor test results show that the design went well and obtained an increase in output power of 4 W at a light intensity of 1000 W per square meter with cooling whereas at a smaller light intensity of 600 W per square shows a decrease of power by 1 W in the solar panel output. Abstract

: In 2017, PSL (Public Street Lighting) in Indonesia has reached 225,249 units, That are still dominantly using old technology lighting and inefficient so it consume very large electricity energy, which are 3,503.47 GWh/year. Therefore, effort of electricity saving in the PSL sector is needed urgently. In order to support this effort, in this study a technical and economic analysis are carried out to evaluate the feasibility of the PSL retrofit project on Jalan Raya Gatot Subroto Denpasar which replace 250 W Mercury Lights into 93 W LED Lights.
