The current situation calls for introducing organizational systems on corporate skills and providing the necessary skills to boost working efficiency in Vietnamese private business school libraries. Abstract

Abstract This research explores Vietnamese librarian’ skills regarding age, gender, management levels, and educational background in private business school libraries. 越南私立商学院图书馆馆员工作技能的横断面研究
