Abstract

Retaining effective and qualified nursing home administrators is becoming a daunting task. With the increase of elderly people in America, the nursing home industry is being forced to address the leadership crisis in the industry. Participants in the study were licensed nursing home administrators (N = 363) who are employed in the state of Georgia. 141 completed surveys were returned for a response rate of 38%.
