Through the user research of high-speed rails, this paper analyzes the level of user consciousness and the characteristics of user behavior in the \"man-machine-environment\" system, subdivides the needs of users, and lists the pain points through the user experience map, with the aim to propose a solution and explore the functions and experiences of integrated products. According to the use scenario of integrated products, a set of functional frameworks for optimizing products for key groups is proposed through functional classification, module composition and other integration patterns. Through the integrated design of multiple functions, it can respond to more emergencies and improve the emergency efficiency of the product. Abstract

Under the background that China’s passenger trains are developing towards high-speed, intelligence and comfort, the research on the product design of emergency system in railway carriages is of great significance to improving user experience as well as ensuring the safety and reliability of train operation. 基于乘客安全的高铁应急产品集成多功能设计研究
在中国客运列车向高速、智能化、舒适性发展的大背景下,铁路车厢应急系统产品设计的研究对于提高用户体验,保证列车运行的安全可靠具有重要意义。本文通过对高铁的用户研究,分析“人-机-环境”系统中的用户意识水平和用户行为特征,对用户需求进行细分,通过用户体验图列出痛点,旨在提出解决方案,探索集成产品的功能和体验。根据集成产品的使用场景,通过功能分类、模块组合等集成模式,提出了一套针对关键群体的产品优化功能框架。通过多种功能的一体化设计,可以应对更多的突发事件,提高产品的应急效率。因此满足用户的情感需求,让用户在高铁旅途中更安心,提升服务体验。
