Fabrication and charactrization of a terahertz polarizer from a roll-to-roll printer

Abstract

In this work, we have manufactured by industrial roll-to-roll press and characterized a printed polarizer working in the terahertz frequency range. A high degree of polarizability is found for frequencies up to 0.7 THz. An improvement in performance is demonstrated by the addition of a second polarizer layer.
