Through experiments, it is verified that POS assisted aerial triangulation technology without ground control points can realize the 1:1 establishment of three-dimensional real scene model. The side length and height information can be read on the model, and the accuracy is high. At the same time, it puts forward the possibility and convenience of three-dimensional real scene model for house and land ownership registration. Abstract

Rural development has always been one of the key and difficult problems in China, such as rural natural disaster monitoring, rural land resources and homestead management, rural cultural and tourism development, comprehensive management of rural environment and so on. 基于POS航空三角测量技术的农村实景模型测量研究
农村发展一直是中国的重点和难点问题之一,如农村自然灾害监测、农村土地资源和宅基地管理、农村文化和旅游开发、农村环境综合治理等。本文将POS航空三角测量技术与农村相结合,对农村三维真实场景进行建模和数字化,为农村发展和治理带来了新的思路。本文采用消费级无人机完成农村低空航拍,基于smart3d平台完成农村三维模型重建。分析了POS辅助航空三角测量的具体原理,展示了基于无人机航拍的三维建模过程。通过实验验证了POS辅助空中三角测量技术在没有地面控制点的情况下,可以实现三维真实场景模型1:1的建立。可在模型上读取边长、高度信息,精度高。同时,提出了房屋和土地权属登记三维实景模型的可能性和便利性。在有场地约束和地形条件的场景下,POS辅助无地面控制点的航空三角测量具有应急救援的应用价值,对农村地质灾害监测具有一定的现实意义。
