Abstract
Several research groups globally have been developing retinal prostheses since the 1990s. We have been developing a retinal prosthesis based on suprachoroidal transretinal stimulation (STS). In this paper, features of STS-based retinal prosthesis will be described in detail especially from an electrical circuit perspective.
