Such hallmarks include the logical organization of material, the detailed and well-written content, and the eye-pleasing graphics. This edition contains new images of needles replacing images of those without safety features, 50 additional mock examination questions, and certain updated passages to reflect some but not all provisions of the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) venipuncture standard, which was revised in 2007.
