Abstract

小麦宽幅智能精密播种仿真系统
为了克服目前地面轮驱动播种存在的漏播和随机播种的不足,研究建立了一套小麦精密播种智能控制仿真系统。该系统采用自行设计的播种机和智能控制方式,完成小麦的宽播、精播。该系统通过按键设置播种机的播种率、千粒重、播种机间距等参数,根据编码器测得播种机运行速度的值,通过控制芯片的脉宽调制(PWM)动态调节直流电机的转速,从而达到改变播种机的运行速度,保持播种机的播种率和播种机间距不变的目的。直流电机由拖拉机自带电池驱动播种,所有信息均显示在液晶显示屏上。对播种机轴转速测量的仿真试验表明,采用小麦宽播智能控制系统播种时,在不同运行速度下,播种机轴对应的理论转速与实际转速之间只有轻微的振动引起的震动,能够满足精准播种的要求。
