Finally, numerical simulation is performed and the physical parameters of the vehicle model are successfully identified. Abstract

Accurate vehicle physical parameters play an important role in the use of vehicle vibration information. A method to identify vehicle parameters based on road excitation is proposed. Firstly, the frequency response function of vehicle acceleration response with respect to road displacement excitation is derived based on the contact conditions for the displacement between vehicle tires and road, and the relationship between frequency response function, vehicle acceleration response and road cross-section shape in the frequency domain is established.
