The changes of patients were compared before and after intervention. \n \n \nResults \nCompared with pre intervention, serum SOD, middle-low frequency contrast sensitivity and CLVQOL score before and after the intervention were statistically significant (P 0.05) in treated group. CLVQOL scores were positively correlated with contrast sensitivity at low spatial frequency (3 cyc/degree) in LA-treated group. \n \n \nConclusion \nLA capsules can improve the antioxidant capacity of dry AMD patients and improve the quality of life of patients. Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of sulfur acid capsules of the treatment of age-related macular degeneration. Methods 120 patients with dry AMD treated in our hospital from May 2014 to Oct 2015 were divided into 2 groups randomly.60 patients treated with LA 0.2g each time, once a day orally, 60 patients treated with placebo vitamin C 0.05g each time, once a day orally.Before and after the intervention, the SOD value, BCVA,CS and CLVQOL values were measured before and after 3 months. α-硫辛酸治疗干性老年性黄斑变性的临床疗效观察

目的观察硫酸胶囊治疗老年性黄斑变性的疗效。方法2014年5月~ 2015年10月我院收治的干性AMD患者120例，随机分为两组。60例患者给予维生素C 0.2g /次，每日1次口服，60例患者给予安慰剂维生素C 0.05g /次，每日1次口服。干预前后分别测定3个月前后的SOD值、BCVA、CS、CLVQOL值。比较干预前后患者的变化。结果与干预前比较，治疗组干预前后血清SOD、中低频对比敏感度、CLVQOL评分均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。la治疗组CLVQOL评分与低空间频率(3 cyc/度)对比敏感度呈正相关。结论LA胶囊可提高干性AMD患者的抗氧化能力，改善患者的生活质量。预防干性黄斑变性的发生和发展非常重要。关键词:AMD;α-硫辛酸胶囊;草皮;CLVQOL;BCVA
