It was found that polymer concentration, the structure of electrospray nozzle, and compatibility between polymers and bioactive compounds were important factors in the preparation of the particles. Abstract

An anti-aging compound ethyl (4-(2,3-dihydro-1H-indene-5-carboxyamido) benzoate) rapidly crystallizes in emulsion systems, and a flavonoid 3,5,7-trihydroxy-4’-methoxy-8-prenylflavone bearing a whitening function causes coloration of cosmetic compounds when mixed with metal oxides. 利用电放射法制造含有有用生理活性成分的高分子微型粒子
抗衰老化合物乙基(4-(2,3-二氢-1 -羟基-5-羧基胺)苯甲酸酯)在乳液体系中迅速结晶,类黄酮3,5,7-三羟基-4 ' -甲氧基-8-丙烯基黄酮具有美白功能,当与金属氧化物混合时,可使化妆品化合物着色。在本研究中,采用电喷雾方法将不溶于水的生物活性化合物包封在聚合物微粒中。用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚己内酯分别包封4-(2,3-二氢- 1h -吲哚-5-羧基胺)苯甲酸乙酯和3,5,7-三羟基- 4′-甲氧基-8-丙烯基黄酮。结果表明,聚合物的浓度、电喷雾喷嘴的结构以及聚合物与生物活性化合物的相容性是影响颗粒制备的重要因素。聚己内酯微粒包封3,5,7-三羟基-4′-甲氧基-8-丙烯基黄酮,当与金属氧化物混合时,可有效防止化妆品化合物着色。
