The result showed that there was low absorption of radiation by chlorophyll pigment, low photosynthesis activity, and carbon dioxide uptake at the germination stage as indicated by relatively high canopy spectral responses of the parameters. Abstract

This communication reports the direct measurement of Solar-induced canopy reflectance, fluorescence intensity, fluorescence, Chlorophyll luminescence, canopy Moisture and Canopy Temperature of Manihot esculenta using a multispectral radiometer.
