Abstract

A decade saw the construction of radiological health informatization in China since the application of the national individual dose registration system in 2009. The national radiological health information platform has been established, covering 5 information systems including individual dose, occupational radiological diseases and occupational health, medical radiation protection, food radionuclide monitoring and occupational radiological disease reporting. 中国放射卫生信息化的现状与展望

自2009年实施国家个人剂量登记制度以来，中国放射卫生信息化建设走过了十年的历程。建成国家辐射卫生信息平台，覆盖个体剂量、职业辐射疾病与职业健康、医疗辐射防护、食品放射性核素监测、职业辐射疾病报告等5个信息系统。截至2018年，共收集监测数据800余万条，授权用户1400余人。本文分析了近10年来中国放射卫生信息化建设的现状。探讨了放射卫生信息化发展的重点和存在的问题，并提出了相应的建议，以期促进放射卫生信息化建设，完善职业放射防治工作，为“健康中国”建设做出贡献。关键词:放射卫生;监控;信息化
