Abstract
M. Bajtin' s model can not be taken into account without a previous cnticism that overcomes the dependences of the time in which it was elaborated. Sorne reflexions on diverse aspects are suggested in this anide and sorne texts of Berceo, Juan Ruiz and Jorge Manrique which prove the need for defining the limits between the carnival-like aspect and every social reference, are analysed.
