This study used the systematic literature review method with PRISMA procedure based on the following criteria: The literature was published in Taylor and Francis and ProQuest from 1997 to 2022 and written in English. Literature extraction and synthesis were carried out from 19 articles and then analyzed using content analysis. Results showed more factors, namely teacher beliefs, positive attitudes of teachers toward creativity, collaboration in learning, group discussions, providing training, lecturers teaching method to instill a growth mindset, providing assessments according to actual situations, and the use of technology that encourages lecturers to foster creativity rather than the barriers. Abstract

本研究旨在分析高等教育中影响学生创造力培养的因素和障碍,以及大学如何在实施中鼓励学生的创造力。本研究采用系统文献回顾法,采用PRISMA程序,标准如下:文献发表于Taylor and Francis and ProQuest,时间为1997 - 2022年,以英文撰写。对19篇文献进行文献提取和综合,采用内容分析法进行分析。结果显示,教师信念、教师对创造力的积极态度、合作学习、小组讨论、提供培训、讲师灌输成长型思维的教学方法、根据实际情况提供评估、以及鼓励讲师培养创造力而不是障碍的技术使用等因素较多。此外,大学在培养创造力方面的实施包括培训计划和使用各种适应主要学科特点的以技术为基础的创造性应用。
