Abstract

This classroom action research (CAR) aimed to: improve student’sactivities and mathematics learning outcomes subject triangle and square for student at class VII B of SMPNegeri 5  Surakarta through the implementation of the Make a Match cooperative learning model.This study used the method of CAR which was carried out during March until July 2018, it was in the 2017/2018 academic year.The receptive subject of the study was the 29 students of VII B while the agent subject was the mathematics teacher. The data were collected by observation, test, and documentation. The collected data were then analyzed using the technique of comparative descriptive sta­tistic and critical analysis. The result of CAR shows that the imple­men­tation of cooperative learning model type make a match can improve the stu­dent’s activities and student’s mathematic learning outcome.
本课堂行动研究(CAR)旨在通过实施“Make a Match”合作学习模式,改善泗水中学(SMPNegeri 5 Surakarta)七乙班学生的数学活动和数学学习成果。本研究采用CAR方法,于2018年3月至7月(2017/2018学年)进行。本研究的接受主体为29名初一学生,代理主体为数学教师。数据是通过观察、测试和文档收集的。然后使用比较描述性统计和批判性分析技术对收集的数据进行分析。CAR结果表明,合作学习模式的实施可以提高学生的积极性,提高学生的数学学习效果。
