This research is quantitative descriptive. In this study the sampling technique used was random sampling technique, namely this sample technique took as many samples as the number determined by the researcher. Respondents in this study were as many as 100 people. This study uses multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that scarcity as a variable (X1) has a sig. (0.026) < α (0.05), then partially it has a significant effect on public panic buying, then price increases as a variable (X2) have a sig value. Abstract
