Abstract
The research aims to identify the influence of the instructor on the motivation of the apprentice under the methodological application of Action Research, achieving to date to recognize that he becomes a fundamental actor, because it offers the necessary external stimuli such as instruction, resources didactic, the support in the identification of learning goals as well as the interaction that occurs with the relationship cognition-motivationinstruction.These elements contribute to the generation of internal motivation that becomes the force capable of moving the student’s will to achieve his goals in terms of self-efficacy and resignification of the teaching-learning process within the framework of comprehensive professional training.
