Abstract
Experimental studies of the hydrodynamic and mass transfer characteristics of a regular packing of the GIPH-10 design were carried out. Data on the efficiency (height equivalent to a theoretical plate, HETP) and hydraulic resistance of the nozzle were obtained, a comparative analysis of domestic and foreign analogues was given. The height of the equivalent theoretical plate was calculated using the SRP II model developed in the program of the University of Texas at Austin, USA, for regular packings. Comparison of calculated and experimental results was presented
