Abstract

The Humankind is considered as a hierarchic self-controlling (according to algorithms of search optimization) system, which estimated values of spatio-temporal characteristics correspond to their typical real values with sufficient accuracy. On this basis periodization of historical processes is offered. The result relates with the effect of J.L.Shchapova’s modelling approach, using the Fibonacci series. The conclusion about mathematically exact predictability of the duration of the oldest stages of the Humankind development as a whole is made.
