The accessibility and effectiveness of learning could be increased using STB as a Moodle-based e-learning platform. Users can participate in interactive learning via television and access Moodle content from their homes via STB. This study intends to assess the efficacy and efficiency of employing STB as a Moodle-based e-learning medium and investigate the elements that affect user choice and acceptability for this instructional model. The findings of this study will assist programmers and learners of online learning services in understanding how to improve the efficiency and efficacy of instruction using STB media and the Moodle platform. Abstract

Information and communication technology (ICT), such as the internet and computers, is used in the learning approach known as e-learning. One of the well-known e-learning platforms is Moodle. Users can access and watch multimedia content using an STB (Set-Top Box), including videos, movies, and more.
