Abstract

Antioxidant properties of plant products Cumin, Cinnamon, Pepper, Clove, and Star anise were measured against Quercetin as control by ABTS radical scavenging assay. The absorbance is recorded at 734nm, and percent inhibition is calculated at different concentrations of the sample. Graph pad prism method is used to calculate the IC50 values.
