Abstract

Words express the law.Words are the premise to law profesional engaged in legal research and legal application.Legal language is expected to have single and specific meaning,but legal semantics is vagueness and dynamic.Semantics is of certainty and uncertainty.Legislation pursues the certainty of legal language,but judicature is confronted with uncertainty.So legal method is expected to transform legal semantics from uncertainty to certainty.
