Abstract

The Summer 1998 edition of the Federal Facilities Environmental Journal (Murphy & Waugh, 1998) contained an article that covered the development of the Department of Defense's (DOD's) proposed Range Rule (62 Fed. Reg. 50795) and its supporting Range Rule Risk Methodology (R3M). This article provides a status of the R3M development program at this time and a summary the tools, models, and protocols that make up the Interim R3M.
