Abstract
Liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry with electrospray ionisation (ESI) and atmospheric pressure chemical ionisation (APCI) were used for the investigation of the in vitro metabolism of 17β-estradiol on rat isolated hepatocytes.
