Sustainability of budgets of the subjects of the Russian Federation: Problems of interpretation and approaches to its definition

Abstract

The article deals with the problems of determining budget sustainability, regarding the interpretation of which there is no consensus. The existing basic approaches to determining the budgetary sustainability of the subjects of the Russian Federation are disclosed.
