The paradigm of compatibility of society as the basis of the principle of global governance

Abstract

This article is devoted to the consideration of the problem of managing society as a self-developing organism. Paradigms and metaparadigms of four spheres of society (economic, social, political, spiritual) and their compatibility are investigated. The synthesis of approaches (content, value, system, organizational and process) is used in the construction of the structure of spheres/subsystems of society based on human needs and social values, where the organization is taken as the unit of measurement of society. A variant of the principle of global governance of society is proposed. The article reveals the coordination policy of "soft" management technologies in the subsystems of society using flexible tools for the growth of prosocial behavior of actors and the welfare of the population.
