According to the data obtained, it was determined that i28% of the participants whose questionnaire was not evaluated, 34% of those who declared that they collaborated with different departments in the business, 25% of those who see the business as their family, 40% of those who want orientation training in the business, those who say I would choose this if I had only one job 21% and 31% of those who declared that they do my job with pleasure. Abstract

This research was carried out to determine the job satisfaction/dissatisfaction of the employees in food businesses operating in Mus province and the available food processing process information.
