The mirrorless TPO has no cavity mirrors because of inhibit feedback effect inside a periodically poled lithium niobite (PPLN). The oscillator offered wide tunability, mode-hop free tuning, narrow linewidth, and high conversion efficiency. Prototype of mirrorless TPO has the dimension of 80 mm with 30 mm square and the weight was about 110 g.
