Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of managerial ownership, profitability, leverage and firm size on firm value. The data used in this research are quantitative and secondary data obtained from financial reports. The population that is the object of this study is the food and beverage sub sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2015-2020 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique and the number of samples that met the research criteria was 10 companies which were conducted further research.
