Abstract

In the research the method of tonality analysis was used to find thoughts in the text and determine their properties. The tonality is considered the position of the author on the topic (usually "positive" or "negative") Content analysis of user’s responses using corps managers has been applied. This gives grounds to claim that based on the proposed technology it is possible to track the users responses of tourist services and to formulate recommendations for tourism firms for improvement of their activity. The application of sentiment analysis is aimed to improve the tourism industry.
