IMPROVING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE TRAINING OF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS IN THE CURRENT PERIOD (FROM CURRENT SITUATION IN TIEN GIANG PROVINCE)

Abstract

The training of administrative officers plays siginificant role since it decides the effectiveness in conducting the civil service management activities in the local government in the current period. This article has generalized the situation of the training of administrative officcers in the period from 2011 - 2015, then provided some solutions to improve the efficiency of civil servants training.
