Abstract

The need for good teachers and good teaching has been, and will continue to be researched into and identified. This paper discusses the qualities of good teachers in relation o classroom teaching. It introduces teaching as involving communication and interaction between teacher and the students, and describes the teacher as a motivator and facilitator of learning. The paper highlighted how to become a good teacher.
