The impact toughness of the epoxy materials was effectively increased with the adding of grafting epoxy. Meanwhile, the addition of grafting epoxy can improve the cracking resistance property of the epoxy materials. When the mass fraction of grafting epoxy reached 10%, the epoxy sample embedded with the stainless-steel block remained intact in -60°C. And the viscosity of grafting epoxy was lower than the original epoxy resin, which facilitated the casting process of the high frequency power transformer. Abstract
